Introducing “DiabKit”—a mobile application designed to transform diabetes care. Developed by Ms. Chuhada Hemman and Ms. Rasita Supwatrai, this digital health tool assists caregivers and at-risk individuals in managing dietary intake and monitoring blood glucose levels with ease.
This project was developed for the Community Nursing Department, Primary Care Services at Songkhla Hospital, under the expert guidance of Asst. Prof. Dr. Tanate Panrat (PSUIC Advisor) and Ms. Phensiri Atthawong (Senior Professional Nurse, Songkhla Hospital/Job Supervisor).
